Security Officer - Unarmed Exterior Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an education location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical situations, and fire or intrusion alarms, and notify appropriate personnel as directed by post orders.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity during patrols, assist with directions and information requests, and report suspicious or prohibited activity according to site procedures.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and interactions in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
