Security Officer - Patrol Rounds Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including common spaces, entrances, stairwells, and perimeter areas.;
Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, and assist with visitor check-in and/or sign-in processes in accordance with location guidelines.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed, and following post orders.;
Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate key information to the next shift and site contacts.
