Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as directed by post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, studios, production areas, and/or perimeter areas to deter Unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Control access by monitoring entries and exits, verifying credentials as required, directing visitors and vendors, and maintaining sign-in and/or access logs per site policy;
Prepare clear written reports of daily activities, incidents, and maintenance concerns, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff
