Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, mezzanines, entrances, stairwells, elevators, employee areas, and perimeter spaces to deter unwanted activity and identify concerns;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical calls, and service disruptions;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation, and communicate relevant observations to site management and/or public agency partners
