We are recruiting for a Territory Business Manager to promote our OTC products in the Oral Health category to Dentists and Hygienists. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for delivering customer recommendations through effective sales calls, account development, personal rapport, science-based selling, use of promotional materials and customer commitment to Haleon OTC product lines.
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in demanding, fast-paced, changing environments.
- Successfully perform all required duties in the assigned territory, promoting aligned Haleon OTC Oral Care products.
- Partner with Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within the assigned territory.
- Become the owner of your territory to think strategically about expanding reach to new potential customers and partner with other field-based business units.
- Understand and embrace navigating an Omni Channel environment centered on dental healthcare professionals.
- Utilize industry-leading CRM software (Salesforce, Power
BI, and Veeva) to manage customer data, leading to better engagement and planning. - Safely and compliantly store product samples, maintain accurate inventory, and utilize samples based on customer recommendations level.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene or a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Successful candidate will be required to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight and weekend travel.
- Must reside in the territory for consideration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside dental, healthcare, or business-to-business account management.
- A successful track record with previous positions demonstrating strong leadership and performance.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and swiftly adapt to changing environments to meet demands.
- Ability to think strategically and bring creativity to the organization.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities; self-starter and proactive.
- Keen analytical sense and ability to maintain a territory customer database; identify high-potential dental practices based on sound business acumen.
- Develop and implement efficient territory routing plans to maximize business potential.
- Clinical/Scientific aptitude; demonstrated high-level selling skills, including account-based selling and driving results.
- Broad understanding of the local healthcare marketplace and key trends.
The salary range for this role is $79,000 - 85,000 USD plus bonus.
