A growing wholesale company is seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Assistant to support its B2B sales operations. This role is ideal for a true go-getter who is eager to learn, take initiative, and build a long-term career in wholesale and B2B sales. You will work closely with the sales team to support daily account activity, track performance, and help drive revenue growth through organization, follow-through, and strong communication.
This position offers hands‑on exposure to the full sales cycle and is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into an Account Executive or Sales Manager role over time.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team with day-to-day account management and customer communication
- Assist with order entry, pricing updates, and sales documentation
- Maintain and update customer, product, and pricing data using Excel
- Track orders, deliveries, inventory availability, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, spreadsheets, and performance summaries
- Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and outstanding requests
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Assist with market prep, presentations, and internal sales materials
- Help identify sales opportunities and support outreach efforts
- Strong interest in building a career in B2B or wholesale sales
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills (data entry, spreadsheets, formulas, reporting)
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in sales support, wholesale, or administration is a plus, but not required
