Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll drive sales by building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Your ability to engage customers while achieving sales targets will directly impact our success.

• Proactively engage customers to identify sales opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals through consultative selling techniques.
• Educate customers on products/services to drive sales and enhance satisfaction.
• Track sales performance metrics and refine strategies to boost results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve overall performance.

• 1+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (training provided for strong candidates).
• Proven ability to thrive in a sales‑driven environment and close deals.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a target‑oriented setting.

• Competitive hourly wage: $19-$23/hour (based on experience).
• OTE (On‑Target Earnings):
