Position Title: Senior Account Executive - Print-to-Digital (Easy Purl).
Work Arrangement: Remote (US), preference for East Coast hours.
Travel: ~25% for client meetings and events.
Location: Brooklyn, NY.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Pay rate: $120,000, depending on experience.

Who we are looking for / Requirements:Our client is seeking motivated Senior Account Executives to drive growth for their Easy Purl platform. Ideal candidates have strong production print and direct mail expertise, proven success in enterprise consultative selling, and the ability to generate measurable print-to-digital outcomes across channel partners and direct enterprise accounts.
Who You’ll Sell To (Focus Segments):- Channel: Commercial printers seeking cross-media services; direct marketing agencies seeking print-to-digital activation.
- Direct Enterprise/Major Mailers: Marketers in financial services/lending, automotive, healthcare, and other high-volume mail verticals.
Experience:
- 5-10+ years in direct mail/print-anchored solutions or martech sales to printers, agencies, and/or major mailers.
- Proven track record running full-cycle enterprise/upper-mid market deals with multi-stakeholder buying groups.
- Fluency in print & mail concepts (VDP/personalization, postal workflows, data processing) and digital engagement/analytics.
- Strong discovery, value quantification, proposal creation, and negotiation skills; consistent quota attainment.
- CRM discipline (e.g., Salesforce/Hub Spot) with reliable forecasting.
- Own pipeline creation through close, including discovery, solution mapping, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Run a dual motion:
- Channel: Recruit and enable printer and agency partners; co-sell, package offers, and build repeatable cross-media programs.
- Direct: Land and expand with major mailers; pilot programs, prove lift, and scale campaigns.
- Position Easy Purl as the digital bridge for print: PURLs/QR → landing pages → tracked responses → attribution & ROI.
- Quantify value (response lift, CPL/CAC impact); build simple test plans (A/B or control vs. Easy Purl) to de-risk decisions.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals (marketing, data/BI, operations, procurement, compliance).
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting; document win themes and competitive positioning.
- Partner with Client Services/Delivery to ensure scope clarity and on-time launches.
