Job SummaryAs a Hyper Wellness Representative, you’ll be the face of Restore – welcoming clients, helping them discover our services, and making every experience exceptional. If you're a natural team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for people and wellness, this role was made for you.
Responsibilities- Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
- Greet and assist clients with Restore’s wellness services
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand client goals and recommend personalized solutions
- Conduct tours and confidently present membership and service package options
- Educate clients on the benefits, protocols, and safety of our services
- Manage client check-ins, scheduling, and onboarding (including waivers and profile creation)
- Answer calls, return voicemails, and assist with booking/rescheduling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Execute opening/closing duties and day-to-day operations
- Embody Restore’s mission, values, and Hyper Wellness® lifestyle
- Contribute to a fun, high‑energy team culture where everyone feels seen and supported
- 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or sales experience. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
- Comfort with consultative selling and goal‑oriented performance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others
- Willingness to work weekends (we promise, it’s fun here!)
