Associate Property Manager

Overview

As an Associate Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of a condominium portfolio in New York City, ensuring smooth lease administration, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

• Tenant Support:
  Respond to tenant questions, complaints, and service requests.
• Maintenance Coordination:
  Schedule repairs, inspections, and cleaning services.
• Rent & Payments:
  Assist with maintenance collection and track payment records.
• Administration:
  Keep property files, contracts, and compliance documents organized.
• Team Support:
  Work closely with senior property managers and contractors.
• Property Checks:
  Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep.
• Attend monthly board meetings as required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of property operations and building systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
• Willingness to learn and grow into more responsibilities
• Proficiency in Russian a plus but not mandatory

$65,000-$70,000

We may utilize an AEDT in connection with the assessment or evaluation of candidates. The AEDT is designed to assist in objectively evaluating candidate qualifications based on specific job-related characteristics.
