Bijou Equities is seeking a motivated Real Estate Associate to join our growing brokerage team. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, working directly under the founder of the firm. If you’re looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within the industry, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.

• Work alongside the founder to source, market, and close deals across Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.
• Handle buyer and seller negotiations, property tours, and deal structuring.
• Prospect new clients and develop relationships to build your pipeline.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Assist with listings, marketing strategies, and transaction management.

• A self-motivated professional with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Interest in real estate sales and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required—we value initiative and persistence.
