Description:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations within a designated unit. This includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes and staff performance.
