Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Overview

The Atrium Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on all shifts. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $30-$33 per hour. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and the Assistant Director of Nursing to provide high-quality care to our residents.

• Caring for residents:
  Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Expertise in action:
  Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion.
• Detailed documentation:
  Accurately record observations, interventions, and evaluations concerning residents’ well-being.
• Respecting privacy:
  Uphold the confidentiality and rights of residents, family members, employees, and facility information, maintaining compliance with HIPAA policies.

• Licensed to practice:
  Hold a valid LPN license in the State of New York.
• Experience preferred:
  Previous experience in Skilled Nursing is valued.
• Safety:
  Demonstrate commitment to a safe environment by being vaccinated against COVID-19.
