Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse (PICU RN)
Start Date: February 5 ( Depend on job offer )
Role SummaryThe Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse provides high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients. The RN will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver safe, compassionate, and effective patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
Compensation- Travel Pay: $3,019.91 weekly gross
- Local Pay: $73/hour
- Unit Type: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) – Trauma Training Unit
- Unit Size: 11-bed PICU with telemetry capability
- Additional Capacity: Surge beds staffed with ICU-trained nurses
- Floating: Required (may include Pediatric Emergency Department)
- 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 based on patient acuity
- Respiratory Failure
- Surgical Patients
- Sepsis
- Neurosurgical Cases
- Active New York State RN License
- Minimum 3 years of PICU experience preferred
- Certifications
Required: - BLS
- PALS
- PCAR
- Education: BSN preferred
- Certifications Preferred: CCRN
- Previous travel experience:
