Concord Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations and nursing staff on an assigned unit. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical and administrative operations of the assigned unit
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Mentor and support nursing staff with clinical guidance and development
- Monitor resident care, documentation, and quality outcomes
- Review resident records and individualized care plans
- Address resident and family concerns professionally
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Serve as liaison between unit staff and facility leadership
- Support quality improvement and regulatory readiness
Qualifications:
- Active NYS RN license required
- 3+ years long-term care experience preferred
- 2+ years Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership and clinical judgment
- Proficient with electronic documentation and basic computer systems
- Excellent communication skills

The facility features 140 beds, including 17 vent-certified beds. The residents live in attractively furnished private and semi-private rooms.
