Job Title: RN – ICU (Float PCU/Med-Surg)

• ICU: 2:1

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse who is flexible and willing to float between ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg units as needed to support patient safety and staffing needs.

• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients with a 2:1 ratio
• Float between ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg units based on census and patient acuity
• Perform rapid assessments, patient stabilization, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and IV therapies per hospital protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control practices

• Active RN license
• Recent ICU experience required
• Must be willing to float between ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Local Pay: $61/hour
• Traveler Pay: $2,520/week (approx. $70/hour blended rate)
