We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team on a part-time basis and support our growing patient population.

This opportunity is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is fluent in Spanish, passionate about urology, and eager to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

As a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Provide direct patient care as a Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, ensuring clear, culturally competent communication
• Assist urologists in procedures and surgeries, contributing to improved patient outcomes
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and imaging
• Prescribe medications and deliver patient education in both English and Spanish
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Stay current with urology best practices and clinical advancements as a Urology NP or PA

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active, unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• 2+ years of urology experience preferred, but motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants will be considered
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
