What You’ll Do

  • Assist with all daily lessons and activities, including sports and recreation, educational support, and arts and crafts.
  • Ensure that the program room and spaces are kept neat and orderly.
  • Engage in outreach activities to ensure attendance and participation.
  • Maintain an atmosphere of consistency and fairness in which all children and staff cooperate.
  • Resolve conflict within your group, seeking assistance from other staff, supervisors, and directors when necessary.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Math skills.
  • Commitment to working with youth from a variety of backgrounds and providing high-quality services.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
Hours

This is a part-time job, 3:00 pm-7:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Compensation

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage, prevailing wage, or exempt salary requirements under federal, state and local laws.
