The Marketing Manager will serve as the owner of marketing campaigns, bridging marketing, operations, and external partner communication. This role will launch and optimize campaigns, ensure intake and ops workflows are set up correctly, manage performance reporting, and act as the primary marketing contact for partner firms.

This is a high-impact role that requires a balance of performance marketing skills, project management, and relationship management.

• Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns for partner law firms across digital media channels
• Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and operational processes with campaign needs
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned partner firms
• Provide regular updates on campaign status, performance, and optimizations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner firms to support long‑term growth
• Create clear and concise campaign reports for both internal leadership and external partners
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Share best practices and lessons learned across campaigns to drive continuous improvement

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or account management
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion funnels)
• Proven experience managing campaigns end‑to‑end, from launch to reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills; ability to interface with external partners and senior leadership
• Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Legal marketing experience is a plus, but not required

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus Eligible
