Summary:The Content Creator is responsible for developing compelling, mission-aligned content that engages our audience, tells our story, and strengthens our brand across digital platforms. This role combines creativity, storytelling, and strategy to produce high-quality written, visual, and video content that drives awareness, engagement, and action.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original content for social media, email campaigns, websites, blogs, and marketing materials
• Capture and edit photos and videos for digital use (testimonies, events, promotions, behind-the-scenes)
• Write engaging captions, posts, scripts, and short-form stories aligned with brand voice
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support campaigns and initiatives
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies as needed
• Maintain brand consistency across all content channels
• Stay current on content trends, platform updates, and best practices

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar)
• Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and email
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
