Overview

Pensa is the creative agency behind many physical and digital products you know, love, and may even own. We combine strategy, design, and engineering to create beautiful product experiences that enrich people's lives.

• Create and curate engaging visual content for social media, newsletters, and outbound campaigns
• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing and outreach initiatives
• Measure and report on social media performance and digital campaign analytics
• Optimize digital content and brand presence for SEO and AI search visibility
• Research competition, industry trends, and relevant events to inform marketing strategy
• Organize and update marketing databases and CRM systems
• Assist with website updates, ad campaigns, and digital asset management
• Contribute to the development of digital and outbound marketing proposals

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a 4-year program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with social media strategy, scheduling, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Linked In Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Strong visual sense and experience creating content for digital channels
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, familiarity with video editing tools is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Driven, curious, and eager to learn

This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing and creative communications within a leading design and invention studio. You’ll gain real-world exposure to campaign creation, analytics, and content production.
