The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing Bathhouse's social media presence across platforms. This role owns the day-to-day strategy, content planning and creation, posting, and community engagement that bring the Bathhouse brand to life digitally. You will work closely with our brand and growth team marketing members and operations teams to translate the in-location experience into compelling, culturally relevant content that drives awareness, engagement, and brand affinity.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Own the content calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and on-brand publishing for current locations and future openings.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce original content, including photo, video, animation, and AI-driven assets.
- Capture, curate, and edit short-form content that reflects the Bathhouse experience and community. We are preferable towards individuals who are comfortable in front of the camera.
- Support daily comments and direct messages to foster authentic engagement.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform content strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize reach, engagement, and growth.
- Support campaign launches, partnerships, and location openings through social storytelling.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all social platforms.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or lifestyle-focused company.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and short-form video best practices.
- Strong creative instincts with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Experience working with content creators, designers, and videographers.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for wellness, culture, hospitality, or performance-driven brands is a plus.
- Salary: $80,000 - $110,000; based on experience level.
