The Regional Operations Coordinator will support the Workers’ Compensation Department by ensuring that case staff and attorneys are trained, compliant with best practices, and meeting performance expectations. This role is tactical and people-focused, with a strong emphasis on training, auditing, and coaching.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular audits of case files and performance dashboards to identify gaps in adherence to KPIs
- Oversee and develop litigation staff across various markets, focusing on driving their performance in alignment with team objectives and overarching business goals
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training to case staff and attorneys with Learning & Development team, reinforcing best practices and operational standards
- Meet with underperforming staff to diagnose issues and provide coaching or escalation paths
- Resolve roadblocks and challenges for case staff by managing and tracking support from other departments (e.g. Learning & Development, I.T., H.R., etc.)
- Serve as a regional liaison, ensuring that local nuances are accounted for in training and operations
- Collaborate with the Enablement Manager and Operations Leader to implement new processes and track adoption
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations, training, or case management (Workers’ Compensation preferred)
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and accountability
- Be adaptable, curious and creatively solve problems in an evolving space, capable of managing complexity while maintaining a sense of balance
- Comfortable working independently
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
