Project Manager, Healthcare Management

Overview

PR range: $55-$60/hr. on w2

• Assigned to programs/initiatives under the management of the NYC Client Office of Ambulatory Care and Population Health, and under the direction of the relevant leads within each discrete initiative, provide project-level support for key work streams within complex direct service programs and facilities which offer direct service provision, resource navigation, and temporary shelter to single adults, adult families, and families with children.
• Support all aspects of project life cycles for assigned work streams including planning, product definition, design, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain templates and tools to track project progress, facilitate the collection of project information/measurables, and manage the dissemination of information and updates related to project status updates.
• Monitor progress of projects and the status of deliverables; proactively escalate any/all issues or risks.
• Serve as a point of contact for various Hospitals departments, City agencies, and contracted vendors.
• Assist in planning and conducting trainings including creating any required training materials.
• Provide on-site support related to project implementation and oversight.
• Provide policy and operational support/guidance and help develop strategies for improving service delivery within the assigned workstream.
• Assist in reviewing and approving invoices; provide recommendations related to budgetary planning.
