We are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Recruitment to support our New York market. This leader will play a critical role in building and executing recruitment strategies that drive impact across the business. What You ll Do:
- Manage the performance of the Field Recruitment team, including setting goals and ensuring they are met for multiple markets.
- Lead the day-to-day activity of the team, partnering with operations leaders and hiring managers through the full life cycle recruitment process.
- Support the design and build of a talent pipeline across specific markets, including non-traditional and diverse sources.
- Work with the business to ensure caregivers are matched appropriately and successfully with clients.
- Develop the talent team s goals around continuously refining and improving our employer brand.
- Recommend and implement both digital marketing and grassroots recruiting efforts. Execute, optimize and expand where needed.
- Lead the talent team s launch and ongoing support of new recruiting technology and processes to better support field operations.
- Support the establishment and tracking of recruiting metrics.
- Create remarkable hiring experiences for both the candidate and the hiring teams through the refinement of our internal processes and systems.

- Stay up-to-date of labor legislation and inform leadership and managers about changes in regulations.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least three (3) years of management experience in recruitment; at least five (5) years of management experience overall.
- RPO or Staffing experience a plus.
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams specializing in high-volume, non-exempt hiring, with a heavy focus on process and recruitment marketing.
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional associates.
- Makes staff decisions – hiring, firing
