As a Business Manager in Finance and Business Management (F&BM), you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) teams. You’ll help drive organizational strategy, manage critical processes, and foster a culture of excellence. Your work will connect you with senior leaders and global partners, ensuring our business remains strong, efficient, and well-positioned for growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business and functional support teams
  • Drive leadership team agendas, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Develop executive-level business review materials and messaging
  • Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Manage budgeting and expense tracking, ensuring accurate reporting
  • Oversee real estate processes in partnership with relevant teams
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with HR partners
  • Evaluate and enhance department processes, systems, and infrastructure
  • Support business leaders with presentations and day-to-day issue resolution
  • Contribute to on behalf of Finance and Business Management
  • Ensure a sound control environment and effective risk management
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • High proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Uphold strong business ethics and handle sensitive information responsibly

  • Prior experience in finance or business management
