The Bedford-Stuyvesant Family Health Center (BSFHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves all of the primary health care needs of families in the heart of North and Central Brooklyn. We are seeking a Facilities Assistant Manager to join our team. Assist Facilities Manager. Assists the Facilities Manager in completion of various projects with coordination and supervision of the Center’s facilities management program, building maintenance, construction projects, and equipment upgrades. Conducts specialized and complex facilities management work in support of operations and maintenance activities. Maintains facilities and equipment in an optimal condition and performs related work as required.
Dutiesand Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree or Certification preferred
- High School Diploma/GED. or extensive experience as supervisory in maintenance capacity
- 5 years minimum experience in Facilities Operations Management, preferably in a health care environment.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License less than 4 points with satisfactory status required
- Must have at least one-year experience working in a similar capacity at another job.
Experience:
- Computer proficient
- Professionalism skills
- Flexible scheduling may be required, including weekend or evening hours.
- CLEAN NYS DRIVER'S LICENSE. Local travel between sites may also be required.

Salary:
$50,000 - 65, (based on experience)
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents BSFHC's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
