Full time (37.50 hours per week)
Work days:
Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Day‑time

• Litter pickup in outdoor common areas and sidewalks
• Sweeping sidewalks
• Remove and replace trash bags in trash cans
• Sweep and mop interior floors
• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of city‑owned properties
• Dusting and vacuuming
• Power
• Light bulb change
• Responsible for watering plants
• Light touch‑up paintings
• Mandatory snow removal and possible overtime

• Must have 1 year of recent janitorial experience
• Must have a working phone capable of downloading three mobile apps used to complete the job
• Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities that would reasonably interfere with the performance of the services or prevent walking the assigned route
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet, heat, cold)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be age 18 or over
• Must have good attendance and punctuality
