Senior Manager of Commercial Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations Forecasting and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end enrollment forecasting operating model, aligning objectives and methodologies across teams Build and maintain forecasting models and analytical frameworks, integrating data from various internal systems Establish governance routines to drive accountability and continuous improvement in forecast accuracy

Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, FP&A, or related analytical fields Deep experience in building and owning forecasting or planning models Strong SQL skills and relational data modeling experience Hands-on experience designing data models and dashboards in BI platforms like Power BI Solid understanding of the interconnection between commercial, operational, and financial teams
