Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain Epic modules and applications related to Revenue Cycle and billing systems Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to resolve system functionality issues and implement changes Create ad hoc reports and assist with documentation and training for effective system use
Required Qualifications Epic Certification within 2 months of hire Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in revenue cycle management Knowledge of CPT, ICD codes, and HIPAA Transaction Code Sets Ability to support 24 x 7 environments, including on-call responsibilities
