Job Description:
- 2-5 years' experience with Service Now administration;
- Exceptional customer service, communication and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability with Service Now incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications;
- Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred (Foundation or higher);
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to Service Now,monitoring tools, and ITIL processes;
- Service Now System Admin certification (Administrator or higher)
