Position Overview

The Digital Growth Manager will play a key role in expanding EADEM’s digital ecosystem across e-commerce, lifecycle, and customer experience. This role blends analytical rigor with creative intuition driving awareness, conversion, and retention through thoughtful digital initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with Creative, Brand, and Operations teams to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects EADEM’s voice and values. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience executing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels and is eager to grow into a strategic leader within a fast-paced, high-growth brand.

This role will take ownership of full-funnel digital performance, driving both acquisition and retention while protecting EADEM’s editorial and brand-first identity.

Position Purpose

Your mission is to optimize the customer journey, from first touch through long-term loyalty, by helping evolve EADEM’s e-commerce and lifecycle programs using data, insights, and brand-aligned creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage EADEM’s e-commerce experience, ensuring alignment to campaigns, launches, and brand messaging.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to improve UX and conversion.
  • Monitor site metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Lead A/B testing across site experiences, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Creative to ensure assets ladder into brand storytelling and support channel performance goals.
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
  • Execute email, SMS, and CRM programs that support repeat purchase and long-term loyalty.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies based on behavior and product preferences.
  • Own the email/SMS deployment calendar and performance reporting.
  • Maintain database health, list growth, and deliverability.
  • Build automated flows informed by replenishment timing, customer behavior, and launch cadence.
  • Partner with Creative and Brand to ensure lifecycle content is high-impact and on-brand
Performance & Growth
  • Own customer acquisition and retention performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams on paid media and growth initiatives.

    Identify new audience opportunities and emerging platforms.
  • Support affiliate and referral program growth, including partners, publishers, and creator‑led commerce.
  • Balance performance goals with EADEM’s editorial brand identity.
Data, Insights & Reporting
  • Track and analyze KPIs across the full funnel, including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, repeat revenue, and LTV.
  • Translate insights into recommendations and action plans.
  • Troubleshoot CRM and digital platform issues.
  • Contribute to dashboards and communicate learnings to internal stakeholders.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Creative, Brand, and Ops to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Manage timelines, briefs, and deliverables across digital initiatives.
  • Bring performance findings and new ideas to team discussions.
  • Comfortably flex between execution (QA, building flows, pulling data) and reporting‑layer strategy.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or lifecycle roles, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Proven ability to launch and optimize campaigns across web, email/SMS, and paid channels.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; experience using digital reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms a plus.
  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with data‑driven decisions.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Experience with paid social, paid search, and/or affiliate partnerships a plus.
  • Ability to build and interpret testing roadmaps, turning insights into action.
