- Work Hours:
7:00am - 3:30pm.
- Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist to support the rollout of its enterprise Geographic Information System (eGIS) project.
- This role is integral to the Change Management team and focuses on designing and delivering engaging training, communications, and user experiences that drive adoption and understanding of the GIS mapping applications, ArcFM and Designer XI.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to produce high-quality communications, training, and other materials, ensuring alignment with the overall change strategy to support end-user adoption of the new tools.
- Develop targeted strategies that align with project goals and communication plans to drive adoption of new Esri ArcFM mapping applications, especially Schneider Electric’s ArcFM Designer XI.
- Collaborate with Change Management and development teams to identify communications and training needs and priorities.
- Create compelling content for several applications in several formats, including demo videos, PDF job aids, newsletters, SharePoint, MS Teams, for diverse end-user groups.
- Lead content review cycles, including proofreading and editing, to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and information is kept up to date through project phases.
- Monitor content performance using analytics data and generate reports/insights.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in content development and employee engagement.
- Support other eGIS Change Management-related tasks as needed.
- Experience Level: 3 years.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Hands‑on experience with GIS Esri tools, including Arc Map/ArcGIS.
- Proven track record in developing training materials, such as job aids, demo videos, and self‑guided learning modules.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience working on large‑scale projects with multiple stakeholders. - Exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information rapidly.
