Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product & Data Operations Analyst to support multiple products and initiatives simultaneously. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, processes data with precision, and brings structure to fast‑moving environments.

The Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting product performance tracking, streamlining operational workflows, and collaborating cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams. This role requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional organization, and the ability to independently manage priorities across multiple work streams.

The anticipated full‑time annualized salary range will be contingent upon relevant experience, market data, job location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.

Location

This role is based on‑site at our Brooklyn, NY office. Relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics across multiple products.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve product and operational performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support multiple products or initiatives concurrently, managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Track KPIs, OKRs, and business metrics across product life cycles.
  • Assist with product launches, enhancements, and performance reviews.
  • Document processes, workflows, and analytical methodologies.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to define data needs.
  • Support decision‑making with clear, data‑backed analysis.
  • Communicate findings in a concise, stakeholder‑friendly manner.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Build scalable reporting and data workflows.
  • Create structure in environments where processes may not yet exist.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and products simultaneously.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with agile or product development environments.
  • Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards from scratch.

Salary Range

$100,000 – $150,000 USD.
