This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the successful rollout of a major enterprise-wide Geographic Information System (GIS) initiative. You will be at the forefront of driving user adoption and understanding of cutting-edge mapping applications, shaping how thousands of employees interact with critical operational tools and directly contributing to the modernization of essential infrastructure.

In this engaging position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless transition to new technologies. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and development teams, translating complex technical information into accessible and compelling content. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic communication and training plans aligned with project goals to drive adoption of new GIS mapping applications.
  • Collaborate with change management and development teams to identify critical communication and training needs.
  • Create diverse and engaging content formats, including demo videos, job aids, newsletters, and other materials for various communication platforms, tailored to different end‑user groups.
  • Lead comprehensive content review and editing cycles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality across all materials.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars, guaranteeing timely delivery and continuous updates throughout project phases.
  • Monitor content performance through analytics, providing valuable insights and reports to optimize strategies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in content development and employee engagement to continuously enhance offerings.
  • Provide support for other change management initiatives related to the enterprise GIS project as needed.
Must‑Have Professional & Technical Skills
  • Hands‑on experience with leading enterprise GIS platforms.
  • Proven track record in developing comprehensive training materials, including job aids, demo videos, and self‑guided learning modules.
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives within large‑scale environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Experience contributing to large‑scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
