Job Title: eGIS Change Management - Specialist
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite per week)
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST
Pay Rate: $35-$39/hour

Job SummaryThe eGIS Change Management Specialist will support the rollout of the enterprise Geographic Information System (eGIS) initiative. This role is a key contributor to the Change Management team and is responsible for developing and delivering engaging training, communications, and user-facing content to drive adoption of GIS mapping tools, including Esri ArcFM and Schneider Electric’s ArcFM Designer XI. The Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective end-user enablement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted communication and training strategies aligned with project goals and overall change management plans
- Drive adoption of Esri ArcFM mapping applications, with a strong focus on ArcFM Designer XI
- Partner with Change Management, development teams, and subject matter experts to identify communication and training needs
- Create high-quality content across multiple formats, including demo videos, PDF job aids, newsletters, SharePoint pages, and MS Teams content
- Lead content review cycles, including proofreading and editing, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery and updates throughout project phases
- Monitor content performance using analytics and generate insights and reports
- Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in content development and employee engagement
- Support additional eGIS Change Management initiatives as needed
- Hands‑on experience with Esri GIS tools, including Arc Map and/or ArcGIS
- Demonstrated experience developing training materials such as job aids, demo videos, and self‑guided learning modules
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Experience contributing to large‑scale projects with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree required
