Job Description

Join our Change & Strategy team as a Program/Project Manager I and drive the execution of strategic initiatives through end-to-end program delivery and cross-functional collaboration. Leverage your expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As a Program/Project Manager I within the Change & Strategy team, you will drive the execution of strategic initiatives through end-to-end program management. You will translate business processes, operating models, and stakeholder priorities into actionable plans, while tracking and escalating program risks, issues, and dependencies using data-driven analysis and mitigation strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance—you will ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.

Additionally, you will support the C360 initiative by enabling a unified, comprehensive view of client information across business lines, with a focus on key contacts and coverage to enhance analytics, coordination, and client relationship management.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance) to ensure timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business processes, operating models, and stakeholder priorities to effectively translate requirements into actionable program plans.
  • Manage and maintain program artifacts using JIRA, including status updates and action tracking.
  • Lead or coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and post-launch activities for assigned projects.
  • Create, review, and update process flows and operating models (using Lucid and Signavio) to support analysis, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
  • Track program risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively escalating concerns with data-backed analysis and proposed mitigations.
  • Prepare high-quality, executive-ready presentations and program updates using PowerPoint, translating complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Accredited college or university degree.
  • Proven skills in managing or leading projects or initiatives from idea to execution, typically demonstrated through 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience supporting large-scale programs and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes (e.g., Jira, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, LLM, and Signavio).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate program progression.
  • Independent ability to take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
