Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Staffing Recruiter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about connecting qualified candidates with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications- Source, screen, and onboard qualified therapists (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) for rehab and SNF facilities.
- Use Linked In, Facebook, Indeed, and other platforms to recruit talent.
- Provide support to both candidates and facilities, solving problems proactively.
- Work closely with the team to improve staffing processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Be a strong team player and take directions well.
- Be highly organized, able to multitask, and communicate clearly.
- Be detail-oriented, professional, reliable, and accountable.
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting is preferred.
