Job Overview

Girling Health Care of NY is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent in the industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in healthcare recruiting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a CHHA setting and have an understanding of the basic requirements for Nursing and Rehab staff.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management
Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with standard hiring and onboarding practices within a healthcare organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: $65K - $75K (Depending on Experience)
