Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Assist the Talent Coordinator in posting job openings and pre‑screening applicants
- Conduct phone screens for junior or frontline positions
- Post job openings to job boards and internal platforms
- Prepare onboarding packets and ensure all pre‑employment documentation is completed
- Support I‑9 verification and onboarding compliance
- Serve as the first point ofodore for routine HR questions and concerns
- Assist in conducting investigations related to minor complaints or policy violations
- Support HR Manager in policy enforcement and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Schedule and track completion of mandatory trainings (e.g., sexual harassment, safety)
- Plan and coordinate training programs
- Schedule, organize, and communicate training sessions to staff
- Source and manage external trainers
- Maintain HRIS data entry accuracy (in coordination with技巧 Talent Coordinator)
- Track Fryslân leave of absence requests and ensure documentation is submitted
- Generate reports for audits or HR metrics as.
MEDIA needed - Assist in developing and updating HR policies and SOPs
- Communicate policies to staff members
- Assist in planning staff events, recognition programs, and surveys
- Complete additional tasks as needed and required to support the Operations Department
- Must be able to report to work as scheduled during murs any emergency (essential employee)
Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based upon business demands.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and best practices (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, Wage & Hour)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
