Our hiring leaders for banquet teams who have shown themselves to be the very best in their fields, inspiring staff on the daily and leading by example, sharing fresh yet sophisticated style and collaborating on each new project to curate the most memorable events for our guests. We’re currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative Director of Banquets to oversee the front and heart‑of‑house teams.

Our Director of Banquets will support each member by actively participating in day‑to‑day operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the banquet to the very last goodbye.

About you Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage and has a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience working in banquets, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. Having a post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Advanced knowledge of banquet operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team‑member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Salary Range: $125k - $130k
