Lilly’s ongoing research and commercial efforts in Neuroscience present an exciting opportunity. There is a growing need across key stakeholders. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a major health challenge, with increasing mortality and no known cure. We aim to work with patients, care partners, healthcare providers, payers, health care organizations, and colleagues to address AD and support patients through the care ecosystem.

Kisunla™, born from decades of research, represents a breakthrough opportunity to treat AD early, slow progression, and help patients hold on to who they are for longer.

Our strategy includes: creating public awareness of amyloid; driving urgent detection of AD among primary care physicians; referrals to AD specialists; accelerating accurate diagnoses; initiating treatment and delivering a frictionless patient experience.

The AD ecosystem involves steps, stakeholders, and ecosystems (referral dynamics, diagnostics, treatments, and care management) that vary by geography and health system to support overall patient care.

The Territory Manager will drive complex brand strategies across the portfolio, creating urgency for patient care in multiple healthcare settings and specialties (e.g., Neurologists, Primary Care, and health systems). Qualified individuals will work across internal functions, including Medical, Payer and Field Reimbursement teams, and influence systems of care and referral networks.

• Significant account management and sales experience
• Successfully promote the full portfolio across multiple specialties and healthcare systems
• Fully optimize a data driven approach and other technologies to accelerate reach and scale, meet customer needs, and drive business results through execution excellence
• Support positive infusion and infusion monitoring experiences by ensuring all stakeholders are trained and equipped to infuse products safely and effectively
• Help build a healthy Alzheimer’s disease care ecosystem by identifying and influencing formal and informal referral networks across stakeholders and health systems
• Drive consistent ways of working within the regional healthcare market to meet customers’ needs

• Develop a strong understanding of customer/practice dynamics, priorities, stakeholders, and goals for the brand target patient

• Leverage Account Management skills to understand patient, product, and monetary flows when a patient is referred for advanced AD diagnostic testing or an infusion
• Determine needs, expectations, and pain points for health care professionals, patients, and care settings in local territory
• Deliver leading business results through execution excellence, business ownership, and technology to accelerate reach and scale

• Bachelor’s degree
• Professional certification or license required to perform in this position if required by a specific state
• Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required
