Join Our Team as a Full Time Team Leader for our Brooklyn CRAN (ANS) program.

EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 120 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Team Leader to join our Brooklyn Community Re-entry Assistance Network (CRAN) Assistance Network Services (ANS) program.

Wage: $32.14 per hour

Schedule: 9AM-5PM, Monday
- Friday

Location: Mainly to EAC s Brooklyn office (175 Remsen Street in Brooklyn) with some travel to Riker s Island and potentially to EAC s Staten Island office.

Primary Purpose of Job

The Team Leader is responsible for providing support and supervision to the Assistance Network Services (ANS) Case Managers of the CRAN program.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical leadership and support to the Assistance Network Services team.
  • Oversee ANS documentation in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Coordinator and Directors.
  • Conduct screenings and review staffs completed screenings on a regular basis.
  • Review intake assessments, conduct re-assessments and provide treatment recommendations.
  • Be the primary point of contact and collaborate with Rikers HHC Staff, Court, the Office of the District Attorney, the Defense Bar and all other involved criminal justice agencies on cases.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Assist Program Director in scheduling of the ANS Staff
  • Interface with treatment providers in the community.
  • Provide on call hours as needed.
  • Perform all other duties as determined by Supervision and EAC NETWORK Administration.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required
  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work required and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Availability for possible evenings and Saturday hours required.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Must be proficient in computer applications and other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, and email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.
  • Knowledge of treatment programs and the criminal justice system required.
