We’re growing and looking for a skilled, compassionate New York State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about healing, nervous system regulation, and whole-person care.

As an LMT at Lucent Healing, you’ll provide therapeutic, personalized massage sessions that support stress relief, relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness. You’ll collaborate with a team of holistic practitioners and contribute to a welcoming, client-centered atmosphere.

• Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct client intakes and maintain clear, professional documentation
• Create a safe, calming, and nurturing treatment experience
• Educate clients on self-care and wellness practices
• Maintain treatment rooms and uphold cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with other practitioners for integrated care
• Support a positive, heart-centered studio culture

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics
• Experience in Swedish and deep tissue massage
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Respectful team player with a demonstrated ability to collaborate in a supportive, heart-centered work environment

• Experience with additional modalities such as couples massage, aromatherapy, cupping, sports, lymphatic, prenatal, myofascial, energy work, or other complementary modalities a major plus
• Existing client following
• Experience in leading and participating in events, workshops, and community offerings
