Job Summary:

Ever Source is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Program Manager to join a team in Brooklyn, NY.

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of allied health services for NYCDOE school-aged students.
• Collaborate with therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with school and district staff to promote program growth and expansion.
• Plan and manage full life-cycle recruitment of therapists.
• Conduct program assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance program quality and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to program staff on program procedures and policies.
• Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives.

• 5 years of experience preferred, and relevant education or training will be considered.
• Strong understanding of allied health services and NYCDOE regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

This is a full-time position located in Brooklyn, NY. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
