Brooklyn Gardens is hiring a Smoking Monitor for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY. Brooklyn Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located in the heart of Brooklyn and is close to public transportation. Come and join our team!
DUTIES and REQUIREMENTS- Monitor residents during smoking hours (in the facility smoking room).
- Chart and keep track of cigarette count for each resident.
- Clean cigarette cart.
- Update and organize smoking books.
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Flexible availability
