As a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician at Strive High ABA, you will provide in-home and community-based ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a vital role in helping children build essential life skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals through structured, compassionate intervention.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
- Provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings
- Collect accurate behavioral data and complete daily session notes
- Support skill development, behavior reduction, and social engagement
- Follow behavior plans, crisis protocols, and clinical guidance
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and families
- Attend all scheduled sessions and follow attendance policies
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
- Comply with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, and company policies
- Complete all documentation, administrative, and billing tasks on time

Qualifications- Experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs (preferred)
- Strong communication, observational, and interpersonal skills
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and accountability
- Willingness to receive feedback and grow professionally
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance or reliable access to public transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to sit for periods of up to 2-4 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, stand, and move for extended periods
- Ability to adjust energy levels to meet each client’s needs
