• Join our team in Brooklyn, NY as a full-time Program Coordinator.
• You'll oversee a comprehensive program offering outpatient mental health and substance use services.
• This role involves managing a team, maintaining a caseload, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Supervise and coordinate the program team, including Care Managers and Peer Specialists.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure service targets are met.
• Develop outreach strategies to enhance enrollment and retention.
• Collaborate with external partners for integrated service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Master CASAC preferred;
  Advanced CASAC considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SUD/COD treatment settings.
• Experience in clinical management and team leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in meeting compliance standards.
