What You’ll DoAs a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.
Clinical Responsibilitiesh3>- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.
- Work in person at our Brooklyn, MD location.
- Develop and maintain person, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment.
- Design and deliver engaging psycho educational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes such as patient retention, attendance, and successful program completion.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
- EMDR experience is highly preferred.
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Salary Range: Up to $105,000 annually
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible for additional commission‑based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups and individual sessions.
Total Compensation: With consistent census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $105,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement.
