Northeast Family Services is a premier and rapidly expanding mental health provider with over 20 years of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. As we continue to grow in New York, we’re seeking an experienced,
LCSW licensed,
Program Director to help lead our Home and Community Based Therapy team — providing clinical excellence, mentorship, and support to our clinicians as they help families thrive.

The Program Director will provide clinical supervision to a team of Home and Community Based Therapists who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families  strengths. The Program Directors work to ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications.

• Provide clinical supervision to Home and Community Based Therapists delivering structured, evidence-based interventions for youth behavioral health needs.
• Lead and mentor clinicians, supporting them to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes for families.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and performance specifications.
• Apply multiple evidence-based practices that promote family strengths.

• Master s Degree in Social Work
• LCSW - Independent NY State License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families - preferably in a community-based setting
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Previous Outpatient Clinical experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
